Eventually there will be times where our product must be returned or refunded for reasons like:

The product was damaged upon arrival
There can be times where our product can arrive torn or defective. Customer is guaranteed a new product within 15 days of the product arriving to them. A refund is even guaranteed if the product is shipped back between the 15 days.

The product didn't match the description
Sometimes customers can think that the product does not match the description or doesn't look like what it does in the pictures. Customer must ship the item back and is guaranteed full credit within 15 days of arrival.

The customer bought the wrong item
Customer can make a mistake sometimes and is totally okay! Talk to customer support and we can cancel the shipment as soon as possible. If it is already too late and it has been shipped, send the product within 15 days upon arrival and we will ship the right item back.

We shipped the wrong item
Even we make mistakes sometimes. Talk to customer support and we will get back to you immediately. We will send you the right product as soon as possible.
